Policy Modules are sets of best practices monitoring and alerting rules that Level Platforms develops in partnership with Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, Symantec, and over 85 other leading vendors so that out-of-the-box, you can provide best-in-class management of everything you’ll find in the SMB IT environment. You’ll also accelerate your ROI by reducing the set-up time for each customer site.

With a growing library of over 300 Policy Modules, Level Platforms is committed to “doing the heavy lifting for you” by continually adding to these resources as new technologies and tools emerge.

As a recent example, Level Platforms was the only RMM platform to offer next-day support for Small Business Server (SBS) and Essential Business Server (EBS) 2008 when Microsoft launched these strategic products in late 2008.
