Through Level Platforms' Managed Workplace the health, performance and availability of Eaton appliances can now be fully monitored, including things such as the UPS' status, battery life remaining, low battery warning, battery replacement, as well as component failures (fan or charger).  This provides the service provider with the requisite information to properly and proactively manage the Eaton units on behalf of the service provider's customers.
