And through our partnership with Level Platforms solution providers using Level Platforms award-winning software, Managed Workplace, now have additional remote monitoring and management capabilities for Lexmark printers. Solution providers will have the ability to monitor the current operational state of a Lexmark device, and they can be notified if there are printer jams, low toner or service required on the device. The solution providers can also remotely obtain asset information (make and model) as well as page counts (black and white, and color).
